Great long term parking option if you stay one night. I’d definitely stay again when flying out of Detroit.

My hotel stay was great. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms and common areas were clean. It was convenient to be near the highway as I needed to get to downtown. Overall, my experience here was positive and would recommend to friends and family.

The staff was helpful and friendly, the room clean and quiet, and the price was right! I spent a very restful night at the hotel.

We always enjoy our stay here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to a future stay.

Close to Henry ford and greenfield village.Easy access to get to downtown Detroit

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable, room was clean, roomy with microwave and frig. The restaurant is excellent! We will definitely use this hotel when visiting this area in the future!

staff very accommodating and pleasant. helped in getting taxi's and provided courtesy van to the Henry Ford Museum and to the airport. room was clean, comfortable and quite. restaurant service was slow but food was fine.

Came in from Chicago for Tigers home opener and game 2 also. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy access to highway and short drive to Comerica Park.

Planning a funeral from out of state is quite a chore with lots to worry about. Fortunately, staying here was no worry at all. Beautiful hotel, great pricing, and awesome location. We will definitely stay here again on future trips.

Terrible experience went for a overnight stay the power went out two hours after I checked in all they could do was give us flashlights no compensation what so ever! Needless to say after 2 hours of no power we went somewhere else! Next day I contacted the manager to get a refund he was rude, told me I was the only person complaining and wanted my money back and the power went out at 9 and wasn't back on until 1am! As the manager was trying to belittle me for asking for a refund I just hung up and filed a fraudulent charge with my card company! Problem solved last time I stay there and best wester corporate offices should look into how there management and customer service!!

We came to see Greenfield Village and the BW was reasonably close. We only planned to arrive lateish and stay for one night. The BW is just OK.

We love this hotel, period! It's easy to get to from the airport. Close by Greenfield Village. A snap to get to downtown Detroit and all the fun of Greektown, Comerica Park, Ford Field, and more! Already booked for another stay in September.

Room size small. No chair or table to do any work. Bath room design too cramped

I was kind of surprised by the Pink Palace. There's a whole lot of pink on the outside, and a whole lot of cars on the inside. The interior is a little dated, but the sheer abundance of vintage car pictures on the walls in all of the hallways kind of makes you look past that. The property has kind of a crazy layout. I didn't use the bar or the restaurant, but I did use the pool, the Jacuzzi, and the fitness center. The fitness center is larger than most hotels I've stayed in. The pool is pretty big also. Not too many pools with a deep end anymore, but this one has one. The location is pretty close to multiple restaurants and several stores. Our room was on the back side of the property which faced a pretty busy section of road (which also made for easy access and exit), and it was very quiet. In fact we only heard hallway noise a couple times the whole week that we were there. The two issues that I had were the room thermostat and getting connected to the wifi. I got the password for the wifi from the front desk, but it didn't seem to work. I ended up using the hotspot on my phone, so it wasn't really an issue for me so I didn't pursue it. The thermostat in the room was a little difficult to adjust. The cover was loose, so I ended up taking it off to make adjustments. The front desk was very responsive. One morning I was walking back from the fitness center and noticed a wet spot in the carpet by the ice machine. I called the front desk to let them know, and within 5 minutes Maintenance was there taking a look at the problem.

I was able to get an early check which was soooo nice! The staff was super friendly.

Great location and a very nice well kept hotel. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and huge! Only disappointments: popular cable TV channels kept going in and out (bad reception) and the hotel restaurant had a nice atmosphere but the food was mediocre. Not bad- but not worth the price tag, for sure.

The location is what I wanted but the hotel smells.

Although our stay was pleasant enough, we did find that some of our neighbors were rather noisy in the halls and in their rooms...seemed to be a party going on...front desk was prompt and courteous about getting them to lower the music in the room, but activity in the hallway was disturbing. Beautiful pool/hot tub are. Close to the Henry Ford, and places to eat.

It was an awesome family trip.Location was very good. 20-25 mins drive to Detroit and the Fords Museum is just 5 mins away from the hotel. Hotel is very clean.
