This hotel is old. The carpet is nasty. The walls are nasty. The staff is not polite. I went to check in, it was 2:45pm, check in was at 3. He said, “ oh, I’ll have to see what rooms are clean, you’re early!” I’m 15 min early, there should have been plenty of rooms available. No coffee in lobby. Just awful. Not a safe location.

Hot tub was shut down, there was painters tape on the ceiling around rusted vents, and rusted bathrooms that were out of order. There were stains in the carpeting in the hallway and paint missing from the wall. We were supposed to have 2 queens beds and only got 2 doubles. The conditioner was empty in our room. Honestly the pictures looked like they were from when the hotel was first made it now it looks run down inside and not at all like the pictures. At midnight there were car alarms going off, tires screeching, and then 5 cops showed up, and ended what looked like a fight about to break out between multiple individuals dressed in all black. The pool was warm at least, the beds seemed clean, and breakfast was good. Other than that I wouldn't go back.

Hotel and room was dirty. Staff did not stock towels. Hot tub was out of service. Pool was not clean. Bathrooms near the pool were out of order. No towels were available in pool area. Staff was not accommodating in providing additional towels. Room window was broken and streaks from a persons hands could be seen. It looked like someone was trying to open the window from the outside. Water in the shower did not get hot. Only lukewarm at the max. I could also smell marijuana on the floor I stayed on. This hotel is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. 0 out of 5 stars.

The rooms were dirty and not up-to-date. The bathroom is not up-to-date as well nor did we have hot water . I'm not happy at all . And the floors were stained .

Our only issue was the jacuzzi was not working when we were there and the restrooms in the pool area were out of order. It felt like a ghost town in there! Other than that, everything was amazing. Breakfast was good, staff were kind and helpful, all the good things.

Terrible experience. Only stayed in the room for one hour went out to eat came back and somehow we were locked out of our room. The staff tried to inconvenience us and say that they didn’t put us in that specific room and that the system showed that we had been placed in another room. Someone switched our room without our knowledge . Our key let us in the building but not in our room. Staff wasn’t very accommodating when we wanted to get a refund for something that was their error. We no longer felt safe and asked for a full refund. The staff did not want to give us the hard copy of our records stating that we were leaving the hotel and checking out. Worst experience ever and I will never stay here again.
