The room was dusty with chipped paint. They had almost no towels. The hot tub had a layer of dirt floating on top. And the pool had so much chlorine that it burned your eyes walking in and the pool was cloudy. The breakfast was the only decent thing about this place.

The room was very clean and well maintained each day. The front desk and all staff that I encountered were so nice and professional. My issues were that some of the public areas were not cleaned (sticky hallway floors and garbage bin left in the hallway overnight). My other complaint was that I got a suite with a jacuzzi tub for the purpose of soaking after a long day at work but the hot water didn’t even last for 5 minutes and the tub was ice cold once filled… bummer
