The cleanliness of the room was below average. There was hair on the bathroom floor and walls. There was hair in the shower and on the sink. It snowed, but the property's roads were not safe to drive on. Also, the walk-up was not properly shoveled or salted.

Was checked into a double queen room when we had booked a king. Went back to the front desk to get the correct room. Was told they were all gone, I stated that the reservation was made 2 weeks prior. The women tried to lie and tell us there was nothing available. Then almost immediately backtracked her lie and gave us the proper room. TV, microwave and refrigerator didn't work. Thankfully the room seemed clean. If werent 4 hrs from home we would have left.
