The location was perfect. Easy to get to, neighborhood felt safe and was quiet (considering it was a block from a somewhat busy street) & close to businesses. We would definitely consider staying here again when coming to Des Moines.

As expected

Great safe neighborhood, not far from downtown. Says there is a hot tub, but there is no hot tub. We didnt book soley for that, but if thats what your looking for just know there isnt one, we would book again.
