Everytime we are in Deming we stay here. The staff is awesome and the rooms are large and clean. Breakfast is always good. Will be back!

Shower was extremely dirty. I had a 9 month old crawling and he found a dirty peanut under the couch.. good thing he isn’t allergic. Only two carts to use for luggage so we got yelled at by an old lady for using it. Would like a refund as a show of good faith for a very dirty room.

Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel was well-kept up, clean, and updated. The room was spacious and had a microwave as well as a refrigerator. The Indoor Pool was heated and the Hot Tub was nice and warm. Everything was great at this hotel.

Property was quiet and safe. Had good outdoor access for my small dog. All staff was professional and helpful. Rachel desk staff who checked us in was very thoughtful and welcoming. She was outstanding at her job compared to other places we have stayed..

We were in and out quickly. Late arrival and early departure. Breakfast great, but coffee was empty when I arrived but there were a number of guests at 7am. Coffe refilled 1pm in later.

They said they cancelled my reservation of a handicapped accessible suite yet I received no notification via text or e-mail. I arrived late that evening and they told me they were overbooked and there was nothing they could do and offered to refund my prepaid reservation that I had made 2 weeks earlier. I had to go out and tray to find another room for my family which was very hard since everyone was full with holiday travelers.
