This is our second time stopping her while traveling with our dogs, it is a good place with easy parking for our trailer, I will book here again when we travel through the area.
We have stayed at this property before, and condition seems to be deteriorating structurally. Our room on the third floor is sloped, the toilet runs, the bathroom door does not stay open because of the unlevel room, and there are loose, broken tiles.
Well the bathroom wasn’t clean. Toothpaste was in the sink along with hair. There was a used tube of body wash and the coffee tray was left with dirty coffee filter in it an no cups in room. Also two conditioners and no shampoo because the truck didn’t deliver shampoo yet! Ugh never staying at this chain of hotels again.

The phone didn't work pull out bed was very uncomfortable had no bedding , bathroom was very dirty
Nice place to walk the dog and many restaurant options fairly close by.
When we went to check in we had no reservation at the front desk. We had made our reservation about an hour before arrival. Once there the lady behind the counter called her boss or owner and he told us since orbitz had not send them the payment yet there was no reservation and I would have to pay them again and then call orbitz to get my money back. I said no I was not going to do that. I even showed the lady behind the counter a copy of my paid receipt. The boss on the phone then chirped in and said if I would have booked with them directly and not went through orbitz they would have the payment. It’s not his problem then he said. At that point the lady behind the counter refreshed her computer and said now she sees the reservation. We were then allowed to check in. Once in the room it was dirty, carpet not clean. Lint and hair pilled up in the corners. The tub was filthy. Lots of soap stains and old water stains in the tub. Had to stand about right under the shower head to get wet with water. TV on a low 4 drawer dresser in front of bed. Could not see the whole screen when lying in bed. TV was also bolted down to the table and unable to move or turn toward you for better viewing. Not a good experience all together.
This hotel needs updating... the elevator was down... phones were down... furniture and beds need updating. Lobby was clean and nice... staff was very nice.
Convenient, close, but not TOO close to the I-10. Nice and clean. Decent room, not fancy, a safe place for sleepy traveler to stop over for the night. Breakfast was not put out due to the current pandemic situation. There is a little fenced in grassy area where folks were letting their dogs go potty, so this LaQuinta is dog friendly. Check in was nice.
Pretty standard hotel, but the leather desk chair in our room had a big hole in it! Large breakfast room but a minimal offering of food. Friendly staff.
I booked this hotel for my dad who was traveling from Texas to California. He has a small dog that travels with him so we loved that they accommodate pets. The pet fee is reasonable but the only downside was when staying with a pet you get assigned a “pet friendly” room. My dad said the room has a pet odor to it. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating to his late check in. He said the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was really good. It was easily accessible from the hwy and had enough space for truck and trailer parking. Overall, a good stay and would recommend staying here
