The building needs to repair many places
They lost our check in twice while we were there… computer problems over 3 days
We were very disappointed. The pool, hot tub were closed. Laundry was broken. Ice machine was broken. The fridge in our room didn’t work. The overnight staff were not helpful at all. The final straw was it took forever to find an iron. Would not recommend at all.
I have stayed at this hotel now 4 times while passing through New Mexico and each time I have been fully satisfied with the rooms, the staff and overall experience at this hotel. The place is spotless in the rooms, lobby, meeting rooms, gym and pool. It is obvious they put extra effort into cleanliness and it is appreciated by this customer. A couple of little extras make really this place stand out the towel count is exceptional, the extra pillows in degrees of firmness! -- real eggs and hash browns at the breakfast buffet, coffee to go!! all bonus points with me! The manger and staff have also been great for dinner recommendations. Highly recommended for travelers in Deming NM.
