Spent 7 nights here and could not have been happier. The property is very clean and secure, has amazing views and includes all your beach and pool necessities. Unit is just across the street from beach access.John, the host, is the best property owner and will address any of your needs right away. He checked on is through out the week to make sure we were okay. Will definitely return.

The condo was clean! That is a top priority for us! The location is excellent. You can see and hear the ocean. You just cross the street to get to the beach. It was well supplied with towels. The photos online are accurate. We would definitely rent it again.

Daytona Beach Shores Vacation

John Francks was great to work with. He met us at check in, and helped us with our bags. Took us to the condo, and helped us understand all that we needed to know. That personal touch was a great way to start our vacation. The condo is very nice, and recently remodeled. The view to the beach and ocean was outstanding from that 7th floor condo. We enjoyed our stay very much. He will respond quickly to any questions you may have.

The condo was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The beach closet was a great bonus—it included chairs, bags, umbrellas, toys, and a cooler. Best of all, we had direct access to the ocean just across the street. Owner was super friendly and responsive.

Our stay at Ball Park Francks was wonderful. From the time the owner introduced himself weeks before our arrival to our commute home, he was nothing but kind and made sure every aspect was perfect. The weather forecast was mostly rain before we got there and he went out and bought new game boards for our kids. The place is stocked with everything you could possibly need. I would absolutely stay again.

Great location,great time!

The property is in great location, easily accessible. Gorgeous views of beach, ocean, and river. Accommodations were clean and nicely appointed. Description of property on website on point.The owners met us there at check in. I had recent shoulder surgery, so the owners ,most graciously, helped us with our luggage and other items. Great communication with owners during stay. One great experience! Best visit to Daytona Beach area to date. Definitely a repeat property!

Wonderful Place

We had a great time! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was great to work with and more than willing to help us in any way. The location is perfect with an easy walk right across the street. We will definitely recommend this rental to others and hope to be able to come back in the future!

A wonderful stay

John and Jane could not have been anymore accommodating. Anything we needed was hand delivered by the owner from extra keys to additional bath linens. The morning view of the beach and sunrise was unobstructed and it’s in a quiet area.There is an excellent selection of nice restaurants nearby as well as pharmacies and grocery stores.I would definitely recommend this property and would not hesitate to boook it again!!
