I like the fact it was at the beach but it was to far from everything can't walk no where parking lot was to tide elevator was small.and take to long air condition was old and noise can't sleep front desk some of them do not eye contact don't listen don't communicate

It’s a nice place, right on the beach, which is amazing, been to quite a few places but none had

parking was too tight but otherwise the property was great!

Pool right on beach. Didnt have to travel far for anything. Food onsite was very good! No complaints.

This hotel seems to have gone downhill in recent years. We have stayed here before and it was always wonderful. This time our room carpet and furnishings were stained, doors squeaky. The other guests were obnoxious - our floor reeked of smoke, someone threw a cigarette butt onto our balcony, people were loud and watching TV and yelling late into the night, someone had a dog in a nearby room that barked incessantly. The breakfast, which used to be excellent, had been replaced with cheaper food, inattentively prepared. The hot tub water was green and smelled strange - a hotel worker came to investigate, said 'huh' and walked away - the smelly water was not changed the entire time. This used to be my favorite Daytona hotel, but now I will have to look for a better place.

Beautiful, clean hotel. Right on the beach. Great breakfast. Working hot tub. It was wonderful.

Small room and confusing breakfast set-up; apparently you have to sign up for the Hyatt rewards program to receive a free breakfast each morning and then present a wrist band each day to take advantage of the free breakfast. I think there are nicer hotels nearby.

The hotel is a great place to stay for a quick getaway. the rooms are nice and it is affordable especially for staying right on the beach. The free breakfast in the morning are awesome and the staff are very nice. Some issues with the hotel is the parking and the pool area. The parking is limited so if you go out to dinner expect to have to park across the street in overflow. the pool area needs some updates and more umbrellas. the pool itself needs a good cleaning because the amount of sand and grime was a little disgusting. Also the hotel should open up the pool bar more than just seasonal especially on the weekends, just seems like a waste and an opportunity missed. the rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable and the balcony's are awesome. i will come back again for sure nut hopefully the hotel does some updates to make it a better experience.

Don't get a room near the ice machine I heard someone complaining.

View from room was nice Pool was closed the afternoon of check in unsure why so that was a let down Breakfast was good

Very nice hotel. The oceanfront view is amazing! I can't wait to return!!! I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends & family! The free breakfast (full breakfast) was perfect!

The staff at this hotel is very nice. The rooms are spacious. They could use some updating. Only glaring problem, never had beach towels until 11:00!! They were always in the dryer!

The room was exactly as I requested, oceanfront.. the hotel staff were fantastic.. everything was clean.. the room was great.. no complaints

Very friendly staff. Very accommodating unlike alot of other hotels.breakfast is amazing and beds are like clouds. Pool could have been a little less sandy though i understand on the beach it gets sand in it. I love it overall and will be back

Great breakfast buffet. Nice ocean front property. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at 2 other hotels during our visit and the Hyatt Place was the best, the cleanest, most comfortable, best breakfast, & great service. I would definitely stay again and recommend to any one going

We had several problems that could have been avoided with better maintenance. Past visits were great.

Great location, but a little pricey compared to neighboring hotels. Breakfast was OK, but nothing to write home about.
