Host welcoming and instruction for arrival clear and understandable, responsive for any questions. Condo as described. Close to restaurants, grocery store and e-bike rentals. Heated pool and hot tub and gym available for use - all areas very clean.

Great Time!

This property was exceptional! Very clean and looked like pictures. Loved all the towels provided. Balcony was nice size for all of us to enjoy. My granddaughter really loved the pool. Beach was beautiful!

Family vacation

Overall the room was great. Had all the space that we needed, was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Only issue we had was that the buildings elevators were not working one of the days and we had to carry groceries up 9 floors. They had the elevators working later that day however and the rest of the stay was very smooth. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall review

Condo was just like pictures, they included extra towels, beach towels, and linens which was nice. Only included 2 garbage bags for each trash can which wasn’t enough. Overall the stay was very nice beautiful balcony and ocean view.

Wonderful condo and stay

We had a wonderful stay. Check in instructions were easy to follow. Kitchen was well equipped, although I was expecting a single serve coffee machine which the unit did not have. Easy to work around though With two regular coffee pots provided. Beach view and access was fabulous, as was our entire stay. Beds were comfortable too. Tons of towels, which was much Appreciated although we didn’t eat all of them with just my husband and I.

Nice condo with a great ocean view.

Stayed for the month of February and enjoyed the condo. Furniture and king bed are very comfortable. The master bath could use more towel/swimsuit hooks. The underground parking is a straight on parking, very easy to get in and out. We already booked for next February. Did miss the pool but they are currently working on it.

Peaceful - clean - satisfied

the unit was well maintained and clean. Unfortunately the pools were not available at this time due to the formal hurricanes IAN and Nicholle - however we knew this coming in - this is as close as you can get to waterfront view. Just being there and hear the constant waves crashing were rewarding.

Perfect for family vacation

The view was beautiful and the ocean front did not disappoint! Perfect for our family to hang out at the beach to play and relax. We took a day trip to Disney, JFK space center and multiple mini-golf trips. Easy to find and easy access to parking and the beach.

Everything and more!

This place is immaculate and the location and price was fantastic. I could not have enjoyed my stay more. What they don’t tell you in the description - there are plenty of beach towels and toys. If you drive there, bring beach chairs and an umbrella, if you fly, there are opportunities to rent them. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds and pillows very comfortable. I will definitely come back.

Clean and new

Our stay was lovely at 903 in the Aruba condominiums. We were so grateful that the management and home owners worked with our particular situation due to covid. The place was perfect for our family and we felt safe with a 2 year old present. No crazy decor that he could break or get hurt by. When we arrived we unloaded before grabbing our garage door opener which was silly. The building has shopping carts and luggage carts to help unload in the garage elevator area. This feature was so helpful for our family. We loved the location and views. Highly recommend! Only change we asked for was more storage in the showers because there wasn’t shelving. Thanks for a great home away from home!

Beautiful property

The condo was as beautiful as the photos and extremely well kept. Kitchen was very well equipped. Sunrise, moonrise and sunset views were daily highlights. Building is very well maintained and cleaned daily. Property was also very quiet with respectful residents and other renters.

Great location!

This was a beautiful property, located right on the beach. All the amenities you can expect and even some additional ones! There was even a hose to wash off your feet as you came in off the beach which was nice. I liked that they had luggage and shopping carts available in the garage to haul your belongings/groceries. The only thing I would recommend is if there was more silverware. With 5 people staying there, there was only enough for one meal at a time. I would absolutely recommend this place!
