Relax in this beautiful, beachfront 8th floor condo in the popular Shores Club on the quiet “no cars” section of Daytona Beach Shores. It is near shopping, activities and restaurants that the area has to offer and yet away from the commotion. The condo and resort are very well equipped for relaxing and enjoying this special location or serving as a hub for visiting local amusements and events.

The condo itself is an extraordinarily comfortable home away from home, with power recliners to relax inside, cozy beds and a large dining table. The kitchen is very well equipped with small appliances, mixer, blender, cooking and baking dishes, and both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. One bathroom has a tub. The other has a low, step-in shower for ease of entry. Both have grab bars for safety. A walk-in closet provides room to tuck suitcases out of the way. Renters have a private laundry and plenty of beach chairs and toys. The condo has a private, east balcony facing breathtaking sunrises emerging out of the ocean and a west balcony for unique sunsets dropping into the intracoastal waterway. The combined views are unique to this area of Florida.

The Shores Club facility has a beautiful heated pool with a large deck overlooking the beach. There are steps to the beach and also an accessible ramp for ease with the provided rolling cart and to avoid stairs. Tennis and Pickleball, Basketball and Shuffleboard are all available at the resort. There is an air-conditioned fitness room overlooking the pool and beach and there is a sauna. Renters can reserve a Community Room for large gatherings. Gas grills and tables are available for pool-side picnics.

The Shores Club is situated just minutes from nearby restaurants and amusements. Crabby Joe’s Restaurant, situated on the Sunglow Pier, is just a 10-minute beach walk away and Boondocks Restaurant is just a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive. The tallest lighthouse in Florida is just 10-minutes south. The famous Daytona Speedway area, with its many nearby restaurants and shopping, is a 25-minute drive. Tanger Outlet Mall and Tiger Woods PopStart Golf is just a bit farther. Orlando’s amusement parks, like Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios and Cape Canaveral’s Kennedy Space Center are each about 1.5 hours away. There is a fabulous Brevard Zoo just over an hour south. Many more activities are listed in the condo. Or, just stay home and relax on the balconies, pool deck or beach.

Each condo has a designated parking spot in the garage. There is additional parking in the lot as available. Entry to the building and its facilities is secured with electronic codes. Renters receive unique door codes to access their individual condo. Two new elevators and luggage and grocery carts make it easy to get settled.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

This property had the nicest furnishings and was absolutely spotless and clean. Can't say enough about how amazing the views are from the east and west balconies. Not to many places let you have such an amazing view of the sunrise and sunset. We are already trying to set up outlr next vacation so we can book it again.

This condo was extremely comfortable. We loved the recliners in the living room. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We sat there most of day enjoying the ocean. The place was clean and provided for all of our needs away from home. We will be back.

We had a great time at the condo! The location was perfect... we sat on the balcony daily to watch the ocean, sunrise,fishing boats, and look for dolphins. Then we would switch to the back balcony to watch the sunset. Easy access to the beach and heated pool. We went to the beach everyday using the folding chairs, umbrella and waveboard. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and warm. My favorites were the reclining couches and floor to ceiling windows. We loved having all the light. Also the walk in closet in the master bedroom was so nice. The host, Ann, was very accommodating and messaged me back immediately with any questions. We really enjoyed this condo and would love to stay there again.

When we arrived we noticed how clean the property was and that it was very secure. You need a code to enter the building at every entrance. We went straight to our room and used the code provided by Ann. The view of the ocean was amazing..... The room was very clean and she has made sure that everything you might need is provided. There are books, which I read a few of, games, beach equipment, etc. The bed was amazing, I wish mine at home was that comfortable. Ann was very responsive when I had a question, always texting me right back.

Excellent Beach Vacation

Property was very clean and decorated well. Layed out well also. Host was very attentive to our comfort and answered any questions very quickly. Would definitely stay here again! Easy access and right on the beach. We saw dolphin, a sea turtle and a manatee. Lots to do and places to eat, but not in the traffic of Daytona proper.

We loved our stay here! The condo had all the amenities needed for a fun family beach vacation including beach chairs, boogie boards and toys for the kids. The kitchen was also very user friendly and had everything we needed for meals and snacks! The condo was clean, the view pristine and the walk to the beach minimal. We hope to be back soon!

The best condo we have ever rented!

We rent a beach condo usually twice a year, and from A to Z, this is the best condo we have ever rented! The description was accurate, and making the reservation was easy. Ann, the host, was friendly and helpful. The condo was clean, well furnished, and stocked with everything you would need, from kitchenware to beach equipment. It is on a no-drive, easy walking beach south of the busier part of Daytona Beach. The views are spectacular! We were even able to see the light of the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, sunrises, dolphins, and a space launch from the balcony. The pool was refreshing. There is a reserved parking space underground. The washer and dryer are full-size. It is conveniently located near restaurants and Publix. In a word: FABULOUS! It is perfect for a family or a quiet vacation. We plan to return to this unit again.

This unit is fully updated and well equipped. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and more. No need to bring beach chairs and umbrellas as those are available for use inside the unit's laundry space. We would stay here again. Owner is very responsive.

Ocean Front Beauty

The unit is a 100% perfect. The interior is decorated with a beachy theme throughout the entire unit. The beachfront balcony provides an amazing view of the beach, ocean, and sunrises. The front sitting area is a great space that allows spectacular views of the river and amazing sunsets. As for the furniture and beds, outstanding all around. Plenty of space on the reclining sofas. The beds are large and super comfortable. The washer and dryer makes life much easier. The included beach supplies and towels are an added bonus. The kitchen is perfect and includes all cookware, plates, dishes, and every cooking utensil you will ever need. The unit is a perfect 10. I will be booking this unit again on my next trip to Daytona Beach Shores.

FANTASTIC GETAWAY!!!!

I've stayed at many places up and down the coast as it's only a 45 min. drive from my house. This condo is definitely in my top 3! Ann is awesome and makes everything from start to finish easy, easy, easy! Her place is beautifully decorated, comfortable furnishings and clean, clean, clean!!! The condo is stocked with everything you need as described. Felt very safe and comfortable. I would recommend for anyone wanting a really nice place to stay while in DBS!! Thanks for everything Ann!

Lovely get-away

What a wonderful two weeks! The unit is just as described, with beautiful views and an amazing responsive and supportive host. The two beds were comfortable, and lots of extra blankets to cozy up in when watching tv at night. Ann was amazing - responded right away if we needed anything and very supportive of our families needs. Thank you Ann!!

Great condo with gorgeous views!

The condo was clean. We had one problem but the host responded very quickly. The Shores Club is a good place to stay. I love parking in the garage and they have carts available too for groceries. Not only was the condo clean but it is decorated nicely. Nice couches that recline. Good choice to make. We will stay again next year!!! We are from Imperial, Missouri. We stayed June 8-15, 2024
