Room was reasonably clean. The tile floor felt slightly slimy (possibly excess cleaning product?). This is Daytona - the room was very humid even with A/c, especially with the external hallway. Not a criticism, just a heads up on the nature of Florida (even in December). Location was great, good access to beach from pool area.

The room was nice and clean and had a great view, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint is the elevator, only one was working and it was very slow and would stop at random floors. Also the bell inside was very loud.

Nice staff. Beautiful hotel right in the beach, all rooms oceanside.Very nice room and comfortable bed. Watching the surf below our balcony was entrancing for hours. Great value for the money.

The staff here were so nice but the rooms are so tired and in desperate need of an update. Way too much fragrance sprayed in the room, not good for people with fragrance allergies.

Yes the room was very neglected. Carpet and furniture very old. There were tiny white bugs throughout the room. The door didn’t have a secondary lock on it. I had to rig something up with the closet door behind the front door to feel secure. I always say at Holiday Inn’s but I will never stay at this one again!!!! Also there were 2 elevators but only one worked. The wait would be very long and the stairs was not an option since I have bad knees and was on the 9th floor. Do Not Recommend
