The living room includes comfortable furnishings and a flat-screen television all while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The exquisitely decorated, oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, and large closets. The adjoining primary bathroom contains a separate vanity area, shower/tub combo, and an additional closet space. The guest bedroom contains a queen bed and a twin bed. Spring Break
Sand Pointe was a great location and we enjoyed our stay. Convenient to restaurants & activities. Our unit was clean and had everything we needed. The add fir the resort stated 2 hot tubs on property, but I believe it’s talking about another resort managed by the property managing company. Weather was perfect and everyone enjoyed our stay.

We rented the unit in early February. This is a very quiet and mostly elderly tenants in this building. I can say the beds are the most comfortable we have experienced while using VRBO. We found a few small things wrong with the unit but after mentioning them to the host company, they resolved them within a few hours.
