Imagine enjoying ocean views in this exquisite condo located in Daytona Beach Shores. This condo offers a quiet reprieve from the outside world while still maintaining its convenient location next to shopping and local attractions. The condo balcony faces North.

The master suite boasts a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and a full size bathroom. The master bathroom includes an accessible shower. The secondary bedroom contains a queen bed.

The gorgeous kitchen comes fully stocked and has stainless-steel appliances. Included in the kitchen is a bar extension that leads in the living room. The living room has relaxing furniture, a flat screen TV, and views for days on your very own balcony! The unit even includes a private laundry room for added convenience.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
