Are you searching for a clean, updated oceanfront condo with amazing views in a family-friendly building? Looking for a lower floor? This may be the unit for you! It's on the second floor and has fantastic oceanfront views.

This remodeled condo is located in a very family-friendly atmosphere right on the beach with a 180 degree gorgeous view of the beach and pier on your own private patio. This very tastefully furnished, 1,900 square foot, oceanfront vacation condo has views of the beach, ocean, pier and Intercoastal river. The condo is located in a 75 unit building with private secure parking for one car in the upstairs garage and unrestricted, ground level surface parking.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and attached bathroom. The second bedroom features two queen beds and attached bathroom. The third bedroom has two queen beds and attached bathroom. The new kitchen is fully furnished with microwave, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker and Keurig, blender, dishware, utensils and cookware. The pantry includes a wine chiller. The large living room has a large comfortable sofa and provides a relaxing TV area or a place to just sit back and watch the waves.

The Shores Club offers a wide variety of activities. A heated swimming pool with large deck is located ocean side. There are BBQ grills for your use located near the pool. The Shores Club has a full tennis court, basketball court, shuffleboard court, fitness center with ocean views and indoor sauna.

The main thing that distinguishes the Shores Club from other beach condominiums is the no drive beach in front of the condominium and the relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. The condo is direct oceanfront on the second floor, northern corner unit in an eleven story building.

The condo comes furnished with everything you could need. In addition, there are sand toys, beach towels, BBQ grills, beach chairs, board games and books to read. We also provide brochures with information on restaurants, shopping areas, local attractions, fishing, boat rentals, golf courses, etc.

For the comfort of all of our guests, pets are not allowed and this is a non-smoking unit.

Great beach location

If you like a location close to the beach, this is the place to go! Such a great beach to walk, ride bikes, or just to relax. The unit’s spacious balcony overlooks the pool & beach with 8 comfortable chairs. The second floor unit has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms that are furnished with everything you need! The washer & dryer are a great addition to the unit. There are many restaurants nearby. There’s a parking garage conveniently located near the condo’s entrance. Tennis court, pickle ball, shuffle board, bocci ball & basketball court are all available. Such a fantastic place for a fun vacation. The storage closet has many chairs, boogie boards, etc. Beach towels & toiletries are provided. So not to worry if you have forgotten anything! Also my grandsons found great places to fish. Such a fun location for a vacation & you won’t find a nicer unit!

Not sure where to start. Property was spotless tons of towels, beach towels, beach gear etc. also had all paper and cleaning products plus coffee, foil, dish soap laundry soap etc. Had spices sugar flour etc. son in law said its was the best give a penny take a penny rental ever and he was right. Would rent from Brian tomorrow anywhere he owns. Also if you go hit up Kennedy Space Center an hour away but worth the trip!

Family Christmas Vacation

We were on our first trip at the holidays with 2 children that had never been on a vacation before. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. It had everything we needed. The kids played on the beach and in the ocean and swam multiple times during the week. Local restaurants we abundant and too many to go to this time. We love the Daytona Beach Shores/Port Orange area and will visit again soon.

Wonderful Stay

Brian has a beautiful set up right on the beach. Everything was clean, and it was stocked with essentials for our stay- just just brought our luggage and got groceries. Brian was always quick to respond to any questions. We all felt safe and comfortable. Even outside the room, everything was well maintained. The pool was clean and warm as well. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone!
