The staff was friendly but the hotel needed some help. Electric outlet in the bathroom only worked part of the time, the breakfast was not the best, and I was charged a parking fee that I was not made aware of! Also not aware that maid service only happens if you stay 3 nights or longer.

First of all they charge fees that they don’t charge if you book straight with the hotel, I didn’t see what’s the deal use Expedia? But the hotel, the staff try but I believe they are struggling with the administration. I stayed at several times in a different Fairfield, but I never seen a so poor breakfast and so bad maintenance like this one. I really tried keeping use Marion hotels, but is been very difficult when you have Hilton, just across the street!!!!

The staff was wonderful. The lady who ran the breakfast area was phenomenal. Our blankets had what looked like, feces on it and our room smelled. The TV also wasn’t working, but I was able to go and unbend a connection that was bent and reconnect it to get it working again.
