Outstanding stay at Comfort Inn

We recently stayed at the Comfort Inn during our trip to Ohio, and everything about the experience was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable—exactly what we needed after long days out exploring. The hospitality stood out the most. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made our stay feel easy and stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better—close to all the places we wanted to visit, yet quiet enough to relax and recharge at the end of the day. From check-in to check-out, the whole experience was smooth, enjoyable, and far exceeded our expectations. This was an average hotel room with two queen beds. It did have plenty of seating which was nice and several different lighting options that were better than usual which I appreciated. However the hand soap and coffee and cups offered in the room were awful and the vending machines were out of order.

The bed and pillow were very comfortable and I slept great. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was very clean and easy to use as well. The breakfast just ok, could use a little upgrade in offerings. The hot food was cold.
