Very nice hotel. Quiet and clean. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a devastating family emergency. My son and I dropped everything to get here ASAP. I booked our room at 140 pm. Was on the way, I called the hotel at 630 pm while traveling, explained our situation and let them know we would be arriving between 2-3 am. Was told it was fine, I needed to check-in by 530 am. Traffic and construction delayed us on occasion. The hotel called at 1237 am and asked when I would be here because he was "waiting for me". Our ETA was 239. We were in Charleston WV. Construction delay again. We finally pull up at 327. The hotel CALLED AGAIN asking where I was. I told him, very aggravated, we were pulling up to the door right then. He seemed upset. I came in, he gave us our room card. The halls smelled similar to animal urine. We got to our room, opened the door and found the room had not been cleaned at all from the last occupants. Dirty towels, unmade beds. We went back to the desk. Told him I didn't appreciate being harassed on getting here to check in, but my room wasn't even clean! He mumbled about being sorry (after I showed him the video). We were placed in another room. Sheets and covers were stained. If we could have gone somewhere else, we would have. On day 2, our key was cutoff and was told checkout was 1100. Had to show proof of 3 days. Never again staying there!

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and comfortable.

The room appeared clean but definitely had needed repairs. When II was handed my room key it, and it’s cover their condition showed a lot of wear. The paper cover had clearly been reused multiple times. It looked and felt like I was in a hostel handing off the previous renters keys. If they are cutting corners on the little pieces of paper that hold the room keys, what else is being cut? I have stayed at many Comfort Inns and this would rate overall on the lower end of the scale. They also listed that breakfast was included but clearly they had not offered breakfasts for guests in quite some time.

I didn’t really like anything other than it was a place to stay. My wife, two small granddaughters, and myself checked in very late at night, just after midnight. We went to the first room that we were given and all the bedding was piled up in a chair. Went to the second room and when we got up in the morning, we found that there was dried up puke on the bedskirt. Very rundown property which was disappointing because normally comfort inn’s are pretty good. This one had just changed from a Baymont inn

This hotel is in a great location for visiting the Airforce Museum, Wright State University with plenty of restaurants and easy access to I-675. The staff was fantastic and the breakfast buffet was delicious

The king Suite is very nice. Breakfast was very disappointing.

We booked 3 rooms on the 28th (tues) to stay one night on the 31st (fri). On our way to New York, a 20 hour trip, it was the halfway point. At 5 PM the night of our reservation they call to say they are overbooked and "might" be able to get 2 rooms for us. They said it was due to a tornado which is understandable. However news reports show the tornado hit the 28th. Why did they wait until 3 days later at 5 PM to call us? Thankfully we were still 2 hours away and were able to find another motel. Haven't received a refund so now have to do a chargeback.

It was fine. The pool was nice and I got some use out of the business center. Not a bad place to stay. Near downtown and Broadway.

This is the second time in six months I’ve stayed here. The front desk woman acted as if she was highly intoxicated. Whoever they have “remodeling” is CLEARLY not a professional. The toilet is nearly facing the wall in room 308. I’ll never stay here again, and will discourage anyone I know from staying as well. I’ll also be contacting comfort inn as to how horrible the stays have been.

besst thing about this hotel was the new carpet was new enough to not be sticky and dirty yet. The outside around the building and parking lot were littered with construction materials and scraps from the obvious refurbishment that is underway. The room door deadbolt did not work on the first room we were given, and in the second the hot and cold water at the sink were reversed. Great plumbing. The checkin clerk, Gretchen, was nice, friendly and wiling to do what she could. The morning checkout staff seemed annoyed by my request for a receipt.

Hotel under renovation. Looks terrible at this point. Would not recommend it to anyone. Breakfast was terrible. Very disappointed as i have stayed at other hotels of this brand and they are much better. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
