Room had a huge gap in the door. Could see out to the hall, so I know people could see in to the room. AC was not working and room was very warm. Also smelled like it had been smoked in. Wasn’t great, but wasn’t the worst. Bed was comfortable and we liked that the room had a microwave. Coffee maker was filthy.

The beds were very comfortable. The shower had warm water, but not hot. The room in general was in very good shape. The breakfast was disappointing due to quality: orange juice tasted awful, eggs cool, waffles had a weird taste. I should have had cereal as the milk was good and the yogurt.

Good experience for the price room was clean and comfortable. Could not adjust thermostat temperature but it was okay at 74. Desk staff was nice and check in was quick and simple.

First room appeared to be clean, although no hand soap. Turned on heat and moved blinds and VIOLA!! The room had an infestation of palmeto bugs!!! We were moved to another room. It smelled and had a drawer that remained wide open. I put a sock in it to close it, otherwise we would have had bruised shins. Of course when I asked for a refund, I have to contact corporate.The front desk person, Viaan, tells me to call Victor. Then he asks if we have picures of something he came up to see!!

The front desk clerk was awesome! NO where on my confirmation was the “booking” number needed to confirm our reservation. She worked tirelessly, as I did, to reach someone at Hotels.com to NO avail! We finally checked in at a discounted rate she gave us out of sympathy!

The continental breakfast was terrible! The staff was excellent, but the food should’ve been thrown away before it was even put out. The eggs were hard and rubbery the sausage look like they were made in a nuclear reactor. They looked deformed. I don’t drink coffee, but my wife said the coffee grounds were from mud.

What I liked - cold a/c, microwave and fridge in room, ice machine on lobby floor. What I didn't like - no water pressure in shower. Complimentary shampoo was a foil packet that was impossible to open in the shower. Bathroom remodel left an open spot on drywall next to tub. Hot breakfast on one morning had only breakfast meats but no eggs, bread, muffins, or fruit - just baby waffle maker and meat and no explanation.

Location was perfect. Lots of dining options walkable from the hotel. Breakfast was not good at all. I had to ask for coffee refill at around 7:30, eggs were almost burnt and dry, no fruits or other bread options and only waffles available. The bed sheets are dirty with stains and lots of hair under the sheets. It looked like the bed was made from the last guest without washing it.

Its a very clean hotel but the tvs are very small and only get 40 channels but there are no tv guides and theres no booklet to give local eateries. That is my only complaint about the hotel
