Lost my reservation Eddie the assistance manager didn’t care and couldn't even pretend to care, Very rude not a customer service person at all Ended up paying for two hotels for one nights stay
Shower has zero hot water none, has to sponge shower in the sink. As sink had hot water.

And they remodeled this place back in 2015 it was nice because the floors were new the TVs were new and the beds were new. The place is trashed... I was there for three nights and I never got room service, I had to go to Walmart and buy an iron and I had to buy a my own bag of ice because the ice machine didn't work...
Nothing was unique. I didnt like the fact that it did not have a mini fridge or microwave. The bathroom was nasty.
Convenient location and good price. The hotel was advertised as completely non-smoking but I was disappointed to find that my room clearly smelled like smoke when I arrived. It was late and I was tired so I just dealt with it and went to bed.
I like everything I enjoyed my stay and slept very well
Stay every year on my way home from Florida,pet friendly,rooms are nice,close to highway,lots of places to eat,staff friendly.

Nice room and was glad that they spread us out among the rooms (no neighbors). Only con was that I was having problems with the tv remote and not many channels to choose from.
I was happy with a safe and clean place to spend the evening. The fellow at the registration desk suggested a place to breakfast. All turned out well. Thanks.
Hotel was dirty and had holes in the ceiling and stains all over the bed and red stains on the back of the door. Left immediately and went to a different hotel.
It took three times to get a clean room. My first and second room was dirty. Both rooms have dirty sheets. The third room was clean. The only thing I'm happy about is getting a full refund. I would not recommend this hotel. Picture below: More than one area of the sheets had dirt on it. There's more pics but you get the idea.
My only complaint is that the hotel is literally right next to the highway and you could here the highway noise.
