I nearly slipped in bath tub while adjusting the water temp while showering. The tub had no grip in bottom. It was too another. Very dangerous. Lucky I didn’t fall. Told them at desk when checked out. Said I should ask for mat when I check in? This is the first hotel there was a problem in shower. Very scarey.!

Near shops and restaurants, easy access to freeway!

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed,, good breakfast. Will stay here again next time we are in town

The hotel itself was clean and updated, unfortunately the check in experience was quite unpleasant that we probably will not book this hotel next time we are in town. After driving 6 hours with 2 very young kids, we arrived in the afternoon around 5pm expected to rest a bit before dinner. Waited about 20 to 25 mins to reach the front desk, and then we were declined our room and were told that our credit card "failed", (we later found out from Orbitz due to some electronic transmission issue at the hotel's data terminal). We knew there was nothing wrong with our card, but still we offered another card just so they can check us in and let us rest. Yet the front desk said she can't, she cannot cancel our reservation and rebook, cannot take a new card, all she can do is call orbitz. Then I ask if she can just let us rest in the room with my 15 months old while she gets it sorted out, she said we can "rest" in the lobby, it was already 6 ish, more than an hour after we arrived in the lobby and my overtired kids are ha called orbitz, with my toddler kids fussing around me due to over tiredness, and finally they were able to resend the data. By the time I got my room key cards at the lobby it was about 6:30pm already. I do believe that accidents do happen, and it's just my luck that the data didn't catch correctly. But I would appreciate it if the situation was handled better at the hotel's end. After all a hotel is a business of hospitality and that is far from w

Nice Folks in all departments! The rooms were clean and very fairly priced. The Cookies at the front desk are sinful and delicious!

The hotel had a bad odor, the pool area was not clean and the door was broken. The side door of the hotel was broken and there was black tape over the lock which made me feel like my family wasn’t safe. The breakfast area wasn’t stocked with plates and utensils. The whole first floor was under construction and there was yellow tape up. We should have been told about the condition of the hotel before we booked because we definitely would have stayed somewhere else. It was not worth the almost $300 that we spent. The staff however was friendly.

Nice and quiet, close to lots of good places to eat, shop, do the tourist things!

Ants in the room, bathroom was falling apart, and they would not give us a new room

Everything was great except we had trouble picking up the internet. Had one of the best breakfast of any hotel we ever stayed at. Everything about the room great nice and clean, and the bed slept great.. Would definately stay here again.

Neighbors in a room next to mine were extremely loud and playing loud music. I called the front desk to inform them and they indicated it would be handled. After about fifteen minutes, the noise had only increased. I personally visited the desk attendant who said he tried to call the room, but they didn’t answer. I demanded a room change and was told the hotel was fully booked. He said he would try again or call the police. The noise stopped within a few minutes of leaving the desk. The guests during weekdays were respectful and kind, but some of the weekend guests seemed to be locals using a room for access to the pool, which was small. The kids ran without supervision and hoarded treats set out for guests. I would not stay here again.

The breakfast was pretty good, and the breakfast staff was exceptional. However, we were first assigned to a room that was already occupied (which made for an awkward moment when I opened the door). We were traveling with two kids (15 and 17 years old), so I wish they had two queens instead of two full-sized beds.

The location was great and the staff was professional. The rooms were very clean and the food was great.

This hotel was exquisite for only being rated 2 and a half stars. A 3 star property, for the same price can’t even come close. I know, I tried both places in the same area.

Good place very clean and comfortable beds would definitely recommend

Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was very good so what more could a couple of travelers ask for??

Room was pleasant, breakfast appropriate for hotel. I stayed for business and the fax was down when I needed it as well there was problems with the internet. That may have been beyond the help of the hotel and staff though.

Room smelled terrible and found stink bugs everywhere. Not recommended. Breakfast was decent.
