There was no breakfast at the hotel but there's lots of restaurants in walking distance. The room and staff was nice. Did not know that I was charged $5.00 dollar a day for parkin.

Was under the impression that breakfast was included in the price of the stay. It was not, but there were plenty of other options to eat at in the area. A microwave in the room would have also been a nice option. Other than that, we really liked the hotel and our room.

When we arrived on 10/10, the front desk representative advised me that the hotel was completely booked and there were no rooms available with a pullout sofa bed. Keep in mind that I booked the room primarily because it had a sofa bed. So I told her that we would have to figure something out. Later that same evening, there was a male front desk representative who was more than happy to accommodate my request for a room with a sofa bed! In fact, he provided me with 3 different rooms to choose from! He was nice enough to give me a room with a balcony as well. So why was he able to assist me with no problem, and she would not? It appears to me that she just didn’t feel like going the extra mile to assist and just wanted me to go away. So please be sure to recognize the gentleman who assisted me on October 10th evening!
