Only reason I did not give this 5 stars was because the pool was closed. Wish that was disclosed prior to booking the room, kids were disappointed. Staff was great. Breakfast staff was the nicest I have experienced in quite a while. Even though the pancake maker wasnt working the staff came to our table and offered to make them for us in the back on the stove. Super great staff at this hotel.

The bathroom tub was slow to drain and there was a lightbulb out in the bathroom. The door to the room had a big gap when closed which let light and sounds in and had us wonder about how secure it was. Water was not provided in the room and the water machine for filling a bottle was not on after breakfast service was over.
