Staff was not friendly, or understandable. While lobby area and hallways were remodeled, our bathtub/shower was broken and the attempted repair looked horrible and the shower head was horribly old and totally discolored. On our second day, when we returned to our room after a full day outing, our room had not been cleaned or made up. When I complained, i was told a room cleaning needed to be requested. Unheard of! Not signage showed that. The cleaning staff was gone for the day so we requested new towels which we received. Totally unacceptable.

Well below average.

My stay was not comfortable. The room was uncomfortable, it was not carpeted, the tv was not clear, the shower curtain would not stay in place so the floor got wet when I showered. The pillows were small which made sleeping difficult. There were not many electrical outlets in the room. I would not stay at a Best Western hotel again or recommend it to anyone.

We have a camper and there parking made this stop easy. Room could have been cleaner. One sink leaked and cracked. Otherwise ok.

Do not stay at this hotel. It was dirty, the shower didn't work, and the beds were so uncomfortable. We ended up leaving and going to a different hotel.
