We booked a specific room and paid extra to have jet tub and king size bed for new years. Upon arrival they said the room was double booked and they put us in a room with none of those things but charged us the same. When we asked to have the difference reimbursed they rejected our request, saying 'no room changes are possible'. Total rip off and horrible customer service. I'm a Best Western member too, but since I used a third party service I'm in customer service hell trying to get this resolved. Shame on Best Western and disappointing from Orbitz.

Staff could have been friendlier and easier to find - I had to call out for someone to help. The heating system made a loud ringing sound all of the time and was quite irritating but I didn't think it would help to complain.

Gentleman at the front desk not welcoming. The lobby bathroom was dirty with urine everywhere . The Hotel was freezing . The heater in the room did not warm the room . The shower did not get hot . The curtain to the shower did not stay shut the whole time . There were stains on the mattress . The outside just look sketchy . There was no parking for the hotel .

I requested a room with microwave and refrigerator, they left out the microwave but allowed me to use the lobby microwave. Only complaint, otherwise comfy rested stay in spacious clean room with all other amenities, thanks guys
