We booked a specific room and paid extra to have jet tub and king size bed for new years. Upon arrival they said the room was double booked and they put us in a room with none of those things but charged us the same. When we asked to have the difference reimbursed they rejected our request, saying 'no room changes are possible'. Total rip off and horrible customer service. I'm a Best Western member too, but since I used a third party service I'm in customer service hell trying to get this resolved. Shame on Best Western and disappointing from Orbitz.
