Staff was not friendly, or understandable. While lobby area and hallways were remodeled, our bathtub/shower was broken and the attempted repair looked horrible and the shower head was horribly old and totally discolored. On our second day, when we returned to our room after a full day outing, our room had not been cleaned or made up. When I complained, i was told a room cleaning needed to be requested. Unheard of! Not signage showed that. The cleaning staff was gone for the day so we requested new towels which we received. Totally unacceptable.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this BW. The staff was helpful, despite the issues with my declined Debit card that were immediately solved. Room was okay. AC and the fridge might be a little noisy for someone who has issues with sleeping.

The shower is my room had a random used soap bar and razor inside the shower. This just shows me it’s not being cleaned how it should be and when I notified the front desk, the guy told me there’s nothing we can do but document it for housekeeping.

Desde el año pasado tratando de cancelar o hacer cambio de dia u otro hotel con una reservación de un día, y no lo permitieron. Sus políticas de reservación son para propio beneficio, no para bienestar de los huéspedes. No dieron ninguna opción, perdí la reservación y mi dinero. Definitivamente no pienso elegir en otra ocasión este hotel.
