This was a nice stay. Property was clean and was in a good location. The staff was very nice and so were the other guest. Breakfast was decent but free. I would definitely start again.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was easy access to DFW Airport. The free shuttle to the airport was very nice and appreciated. Overall I would stay here again although the price was a little more than I would have liked to have paid.

Clean, very friendly staff and good breakfast. Quick overnight for an early morning flight. Happy that the shuttle bus was able to pick us up from the airport too! Would stay here again.

The hotel has not been kelp, there was hair in the bathroom so management might want to have workers wear hair nets, and we was welcome with a roach on the wall. And the breakfast was awful, the bagel was more like a weapon, it’s a real disappointment because I like La Quinta

Attention to detail required

Head of house keeping obviously doesnt check on there staffs attention to detail Four places on the wall had tape and ribbon left from a previous guests party celebration and confetti still under the sofa, yes i always check under to see if they actuall clean from time to time, ie head of house keeping. And another hotel on the list that doesnt know how to remove soap scum off a tub and tub surround , par for the course with rooms these days.

There were roaches in the room, there was a huge wrecked shuttle van in front of the building, and the employees (front desk, not the maids) barely acted as if you were there. And the testing of the fire alarms was ridiculous.

The property was a bit old and dated but the beds were very comfortable and the rooms and common areas very clean. Located well for quick food for a first night in from international. Long wait for shuttle 45 mins but apparently we had just missed one as it had just left the airport. Bus a bit dodgy but drivers good.

Stood in the lobby for almost 30 minutes waiting for the front desk attendant to get behind the counter. There were 2 other people waiting as well. We had been traveling all day and was looking forward to getting some rest.

The hotel is no longer corporate and has new owners. Some of the new employees are family and weren’t properly trained and lack customer service. Worst experience ever. Nick which is the shuttle driver left me at the airport for over an hour and a half and would not answer my calls and needs a culture training. The manager was amazing and resolved the issue.

Hotel location is perfect, close to the airport and lots of restaurants close-by. Property is very nice and quiet. I just did not like the attention to cleanliness due to several stains of liquid (coffee maybe) on the bed cover.
