Our stay was great! The a/c worked amazing! Able to have late check out as we didn’t get in until late and had to be up early. But was able to come back and get some rest before check out. The only thing was the pillows were very flat and almost lifeless. But was perfect for everything else.

If you need specific conditions, this is not the place for you. They do not appear to try helping the guests with special needs. I requested first floor room due to the need for carrying dialysis equipment for my wife. Instead they placed us on 4th floor very far from the elevator. I was told they could not place us in a first floor room due to the type of room purchase from Orbitz.
