The host has communication leading up to our stay. We were disappointed that the hot tub was unavailable for use as that was not communicated to us ahead of time. There was no wood available for the fire pit, either. So, the opportunities to use the backyard were very limited. The main level toilet would only flush by removing the tank lid and physically lifting the handle.

The house was perfect for the 10 of us. We were there to relax and also be close to my granddaughter that was having surgery at Children’s. The ages ranged from 2 - 67. Love the open space concept. Everyone was able to talk and do other things. The backyard was perfect. Even with the rain we were able to set outside. Would stay there again.

We had a great experience. Property managers were very punctual in communication and helpful when needed. The property could have been a bit cleaner. The frying pans were put away dirty, the drawers had crumbs in them ect.. But, the majority was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was questionable, we were instructed by our Uber driver to not walk around at night, but we felt safe in the house and the nights were quiet except for Saturday night, the music at the neighbors were so loud we could hear it very clearly through all the rooms and continued to play until 3 am. The back yard was fun and true to its description. Very enjoyable. Overall it was a great stay!

Lovely home perfectly located

We stayed for a concert over in the park. The location was absolutely perfect for a quick drive or Lyft. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and had plenty of space to relax. The host was quick to respond and incredibly helpful when we needed to extend our stay.

Nice home with lots of room

Perfect family getaway

This was a great place for our family get-together for the eclipse viewing. Loved the private yard and patio where we spent a lot of time. Lots of comfortable room indoors to hang out and watch tv. Highly recommend this home! Very responsive when we had a question.

Great Gem for large groups

Overall this place was really close to everything we wanted to do during our stay. There was lots of space for our large group that we didn't feel on top of each other. The place was very clean overall and the kitchen actually had enough mugs for everyone to have coffee. My biggest criticism is that the beds and pillows are not comfortable. They provide very little support. But for us that's not a huge deal.

Just Okay.

Pros: - spacious interior - plenty of parking - large covered patio with seating - outdoor spaces & activities - Nice modern bathrooms Cons: - Mattresses and bedding are terrible. - Dysfunctional kitchen appliances. - No towel racks, no wash cloths, lack of floor covering. - No dish/hand towels or pot holders in the kitchen. - No cleaning supplies of any kind other than dish soap + sponge. - Tripping hazard rugs. - Back yard was full of dead rats / large field mice with a cat leaving more animals for you to discover. Active rat highway on the fence line. - Trash such as bottle caps and cigarette buds scattered all over the backyard.

Amazing time!

This house is a hidden gem! It is close to downtown and uptown Dallas. I planned a bridal retreat for my bride-to-be friend, and everyone who attended enjoyed the stay. The house has state of the art technology, a well equipped kitchen and laundry room. There is both an indoor and outdoor dining area that can comfortably accommodate a large group. We were not able to use the hot tub due to the cold, so we plan to return soon. Our host has great communication and the comfort of his guests is evidently a priority to him.

Perfect Location near Fair Park

You can't say enough about how close this home was to Fair Park. We had a week long event at Centennial Hall and we were appx 5 minutes away. Close enough to go back and forth as needed. The back yard and patio were beautiful. Loved the huge picnic table where we enjoyed several meals together. Inside was very spacious especially in the common areas. Mattresses could use an upgrade in all the bedrooms. Overall we would definatly stay here again.

Hidden GEM

This was a great place, plenty of room. Great location for what we needed. The backyard space was awesome. A stones throw to Deep Ellum.
