The room offered was a non-smoking, which I thought they all were. It had clearly been a smoking room, and the smell was barely tolerable. The room was slightly grungy, not really dirty but not exactly clean. The vending machine wouldn't release the toothbrush I bought, and I had to go back twice for a second towel: once to be told It was in a certain location, and once to get the towel because of course it wasn't. It was a lot of little problems that added up. When you have anxiety, it's not easy to go complain about things like a toothbrush.
