friendly staff, poor condition of facility!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very helpful, friendly, clean, and convenient.....

This is absokutely the worst place I've ever stayed. It's a total joke to believe you could cook any meal with no dishes, no pots or pans. When I asked for dishes, I was handed a fork and a coffee cup.The floor was sticky and the outside of the toilet had urine on it. The wifi was weak, and the front desk personnel were rude, continually making promises unkept. Don't stay here.

Breakfast was the bare minimum Tea, coffee, instant oatmeal and mini muffins They were always out of hot chocolate But the pool was nice And the room was clean

The hotel needs to be remodeled. The hotel smells, the bathroom needs to be renovated. There were no face towels in my room

Booked a room through Orbitz. Received confirmation number from Orbitz. When I arrived to the hotel around 10:30pm, front door was locked. There was a phone out phone stating to dial 0 to reach the front desk. Dialed and informed the person on the other end I had a room booked. That's when she informed me there were no vacancies. And that online sites do not keep up with accurate vacancies. Getting to a hotel late at night after a long drive, only to be sent away was a huge disappointment. Makes you think twice when dealing with online sites and a hotel that participates with inaccurate info.

Manager was very attentive to our needs and even called after hours to assist. Staff was helpful and polite

We needed a reasonably priced hotel for a last minute trip to Dallas so that's why we chose this hotel. The location is very close to the freeway and conveniently located near an Albertson's and CVS Pharmacy. The room was pretty decent and the facilities are good for the price. The vast majority of the staff was very polite and expedient in answering questions or fulfilling requests. The only hang up was that the woman working at the front desk (Lawren) was extremely rude and condescending on multiple occasions and even called somebody in our group a profane name because he wouldn't let her continue to interrupt and speak over him. Luckily James, the manager, went out of his way to apologize and make amends. Notwithstanding the absurdly rude behavior of Lawren, James' pleasant and professional behavior brought our rating up from 1 star to 2 stars.

I stayed for a few nights on a business trip and enjoyed my stay. Comfortable, quiet room with modest decor. This is not the Hilton....there were a few minor cosmetic details that were not great but I couldn't care less. Free Wi-fi but additional $3.95 to upgrade to fast wi-fi - this would be my only valid complaint. The standard worked well enough to do my work emails, but not stream video on Netflix. Huge room, comfortable bed, working kitchen in a great location at a great price.

The staff was very pleasant checking in and out. Had no issues. The room was large and clean.

While we had some confusion at check in -- it seems the booking agent didn't relay the specific room I requested, and it wasn't available, but they did upgrade for the same price. Apparently they don't clean the rooms daily if you are staying for a while, and that was not explained. The breakfast is a little thin compared with most places today -- only bagels and oatmeal and some fruit. Over all it was a good experience. I would definitely stay again.

Easy to find hotel in a great area...for this price, I highly recommend this hotel. The only downside was a slow check-in and check-out process.

It was very old fashioned and it smelled funny in the hall ways.

Very nice. Staff was extremely helpful. [...] The staff bent over backwards to make this a smooth stay for me. Definitely better than most of the "extended stay" type properties I have stayed with.
