Very nice smaller property. Just what we wanted. Nice balcony for morning coffee and a second level balcony for watching the beautiful sunsets. Check in was easy and Miramar staff very accommodating.

Amazing vacation

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at the Miramar condo The condo has the best views and was perfectly located just minutes from downtown Cozumel. Our condo was Spacious and clean and the staff was always attentive to our needs and Matt was a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful ocean views

First trip to Cozumel. Came with my Person, and 20 y/o son and son’s girlfriend. Hosts are awesome - great communication. Helpful with transportation. Property is clean and beautiful and amazing to be able to jump in the ocean right off the pool deck. Very safe area. Close to everything. Rented a car - glad to have the flexibility and not very expensive and there is free parking on site. Used laundry machine and dryer - worked great. Coffee maker works great - you do not need to buy paper filters for it! Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of Culligan style drinking water. Bed plenty comfortable in master. 2nd bedroom - management pushed the twin beds together to convert to big bed and added a mattress cover and it was plenty comfortable. A/C was a little difficult to understand at first - thought had turned it off when we left condo and later found out we had left it on - but eventually figured it out. AC works really well and fast. Quiet area - peaceful. Ship watching awesome. Would love to come back some day.

A Gem in Cozumel

We loved our stay! This is a great location and a wonderful condo. We enjoyed the two balconies so much - there is a third off the 2nd bedroom too. We snorkeled in front of the condo - GREAT! We saw sting rays, turtles and so many colorful fish. Matt gave us excellent recommendations like - the tiki hut on the south side of the island called Welcome to Miami. It is a must. The Mojito is fabulous!! We loved the fish and pizza and Guidos and La Choza had fantastic Mexican cuisine. It was a great trip and we highly recommend this spot. You won’t be disappointed. Also loved drinks at Hemingways - wouldn’t recommend food.

What a Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Cozumel and at our Miramar Condo. We enjoy the north side of the island for its snorkeling right at the property. Of course, this means no sandy beach (which one of my daughters would have preferred), but as a whole, we enjoyed this choice. The condo is clean and offers beautiful views of the sunset. The pool and outdoor area is clean and enjoyable.

Fabulous condos and location!

We had a great trip to Cozumel with our friends! The condo was perfect for the kind of trip we wanted. It was quiet and relaxing. We sat on the patio watching the cruise ships in the morning and enjoyed the pool all afternoon. Loved the snorkeling experience and the fact that we could go anytime. Fabulous vacation and we’re planning to come back next year!

Perfect condo and facility

Just checked out after 6 great nights. The condo is exactly as advertised. The AC worked great, which was needed the first afternoon we got there and one or two other afternoons. Otherwise we opened the doors and windows and let the beautiful ocean breeze blow through. The pool and chairs was nice. The diving board was fun, and the ladder was nice to get out. Snorkeled a bunch both ways up the wall. Very nice. Be careful of currents

Condo and owners are amazing!

First of all, Matias and Isabell were the kindest, most responsive owners I've ever dealt with on VRBO. This was the first time I've rented a VRBO property outside the US, and even though Cozumel is a tourist destination, we still struggled a little with communication (not with owners!) Here's the best example. After our first day, we were exhausted and didn't want to take a taxi to get dinner. There is a Domino's on the island, but my Domino's app said they didn't deliver to our condo. I tried to call Domino's, but my cell phone didn't dial the numbers right. I emailed Matias and he responded right away and he asked me what we wanted and ordered for us! The condo was sparkling clean and we never heard any other residents at all. It's a very small, and quiet property. The view from the master bedroom and family room patio was amazing. Our biggest expense was the taxis. The condo is within walking distance (a mile or so) to only one of two restaurants, so a taxi is a must to get around. However, It's $10 to town and pretty much $20-25 to any of the snorkeling places, or the nature park. We later realized that you can rent a car for about $20/day but driving is a little scary so you must be careful. I think we could've done it though....we didn't cook at the condo so I can't say anything about what's provided for cooking but there is a grocery store you can buy your food at. The condos water isn't good to drink and they provide a large water cooler with good water.

Great experience at Miramar!

We enjoyed two weeks at the condo. The host, maid and groundskeepers were wonderful and very accommodating! Snorkeling right from the condo and the sunset views were super. Hope to come back some time!

Very Accommodating

The owners were so accommodating to our needs. Our plans changed mid-week and they made us so comfortable and were flexible. We were very thankful. Miramar is an exceptional place to stay. Highly recommend it.

A perfect place to watch the sunset

This condo was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and dishes, and when the glass carafe on the coffee pot broke, Matt had a new one there within an hour. We had to get used to the stairs that had no railing on one side; it took a day and we ran up and down like we lived there. The master bed was really comfortable and we left the a/c off to catch the breeze and sound of the ocean. The condo is on the 4th floor. Remember, however, that the first floor is below street level, so it was really only two flights. We are not strong swimmers and the current in front of the building was too strong for us to be comfortable in the water - that was the only fly. Thank you to Matt and the staff for a lovely vacation.

Perfect Condo For Our Trip

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary in Cozumel and stayed at Miramar Condo. We have stayed here with our family several times before and Isabella and Matias are wonderful! We would recommend to anyone, first class experience and a wonderful place to stay in a perfect location close to everything.

Our Best Vacation Yet

We absolutely loved this property. The property is beautiful, the unit was perfect for our family, and the location is super convenient. In addition, the management was wonderful and very attentive. There were many activities available on the island and we found it quite easy to take the ferry to the mainland for activities there. Our two girls said many times that this was our best vacation ever. We definitely would recommend this rental and we hope to be back. Thanks so much!

My husband and two daughters stayed in condo #402. It was very nice. We rented a car which was perfect because the town is a little far to walk. The town is very safe and has delicious local food. If you want to go diving you need to call Rene at Chili charters. Amazing company!!! We will definitely come back!
