Everything was great. The room was a little tight. but we didn't spend much time in it other than sleeping. Everything was clean and the people were great. The Lounge was nice as well.

First of all the location was great in regards resturants, shopping, and accessing the sights we wanted to see by foot. It was a relatively short walk from the train station and to Tivoli Gardens. Functionally, the pluses were a big comfortable bed, good water pressure with plenty of hot water, and a quick response elevator. The staff were very helpful and pleasant! On balance, the rooms were fairly small with limited space for luggage. The lack of AC made it important to keep a window open. If you are sensitive to a lot of street noise this might be a drawback. Also I would have liked a safe in the room.

Fantastic stay From the minute we arrived until the minute we left every member of staff were fantastic Extremely friendly and helpful all the way through our stay Room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel lovely breakfast and a great location to explore the city We travel a lot and this is definitely one I would totally recommend

I booked a Comfort room with a king bed. It was a nice room, but I thought it was a bit small for the price. There was a rack instead of a closet. A small desk table and chair and the bed. You could either walk around the bed or pull out the chair from the desk, but not both. When I checked in, I was informed that the hotel uses Chromecast from your own mobile devices and no longer provides any television channels. Really? Really. I can't really say that there was anything wrong with the property, but it was not for me. I contacted Expedia and they were great about ending my stay early and getting me a refund for the unused days. The Hotel staff was courteous and professional but had no knowledge of my early cancellation or record of any conversation with Expedia. Thanks again to Expedia for their software that allows you to download a transcript of the conversation. Problem solved.

Overall I would say this is a good shout for somewhere to stay in Copenhagen. The central location is brilliant. Being in the heart of the city does come with some street noise and a loud chiming clock- added to the charm for us but wouldn’t for everyone. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room- we did really miss these. Maybe pack a travel kettle if you’re looking to stay here. The chromecast for tv is a lot of hassle. We did it once and didn’t bother again. If having access to tv on holiday is important to you this would bother you. Overall very happy. Room was basic but very clean and perfectly pleasant. Staff very nice. Hotel in great location.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel One in Copenhagen! The hotel is conveniently located to transportation and within walking distance to all of historic Copenhagen. I am a mature solo female traveler and I felt very safe in the area surrounding the hotel. Enjoy!
