Good location Desk staff was not very friendly Breakfast was fair

The hotel is very old, but in very nice shape. We basically slept and had breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast was very nice and extensive with both hot and cold food. Nice open courtyard in the middle of the building. We arrived early from a cruise and were able to store our luggage securely in a locked room.

We needed an overnite location in Copenhagen. The hotel is conveniently located and is not far from any of the city's attractions. It was friendly and comfortable.

The hotel was really well located for walking (or biking) in all directions.

Walking distance to train station, food, and other tourist activities.

Would have rated higher except for noise about 12 am. From the patio. Staff great, very helpful. Breakfast great. Phone bill $9, receiving and calling--rip off. Not sure I got reward points.

Friendly staff, clean room (although small). Close to the Central Station, walking distance from the center of the City and the walking street. Complimentary full breakfast, incl. eggs, cheese, assorted bread, fruit, yogurt. Very good. A negative aspect was one of the restaurant staff women, who appeared to be in charge that day, was surprisingly and unnecessarily rude. The rest of the staff were quite nice. My friend (who is from Copenhagen) pointed out that on the next corner there were "ladies of the night". I suggest traveling/sight-seeing during daylight hours just for safety/security. I was a female traveling alone and had no problems.

It went very well. It is centrally located and train accessible. The room was small--which I knew when ordering it--but clean and in great condition. The complimentary breakfast was also very good, which is an advantage in an expensive city like Copenhagen.

The hotel was easy walking distance from the train station. Great breakfast selection.

We arrived at the Hotel Hebron about 10am Sunday morning after leaving our cruise ship. The hotel desk clerk was young, spoke excellent English and was truly delightful. She showed us where to store our luggage as our room wasn't yet ready(as was expected). She also said that they would fix us an early breakfast on Monday morning and call a taxi for us as we needed to leave by 6:15am to go to the airport and breakfast would not normally be served until after we needed to leave. Breakfast was, indeed, waiting or us Monday morning and the taxi arrived just as promised. I would definately say that the service was superb. Our room was on the second floor (reached by elevator)small, but certainly adequate. Queen size bed, desk, small chair in corner and built in night tables. Bathroom had small shower. By European standards, this was a normal hotel room. Although small, it certainly suited our needs and was very clean. Perhaps the only drawback was that it did not have air conditioning or a fan. As our room faced the hotel atrium area (open at the top)we did open our windows to let in some fresh air. As summers can sometimes be very warm, no air conditioning could be a problem. The hotel was located about three blocks from Tivoli Gardens and within easy walking distance to almost everything. The Hop On, Hop Off bus stop was about a block away, so very convenient. There is a Gentlemen's Club right next to the hotel, but didn't seem to cause a problem. We would definately stay in this hotel again, but not in the summer heat!
