The couple who manage the Legacy Inn were very friendly to us so we would definitely stay here again. If you're only planning on sleeping here and aren't looking for a lot of amenities, then you won't find a better place for the price. My room was clean, wasn't outdated, and I got a good night's sleep for so much less than other places charge.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this room was for it's affordability. The couple that run it are exceptionally friendly and service minded. My only suggestion is to have coffee available in room. Minor problem

I’m a pretty simple traveler. I want a clean room and I’m pretty happy with the basics. This place is an older hotel that could use a little TLC but overall it’s a great stay and especially for the price. Front desk at check in was very friendly and to the point— fine for me—I’m tired give me a key and I’ll let you get on with your job. My room was closer to the road and I heard a lot traffic but I’m a heavy sleeper so no problem. They require a $40 CASH deposit at check in and they actually go check your room before you get that back- so don’t be a slob and be respectful of where you’re staying and you’ll have no problem getting your money back. Overall I was pleased and would stay here again. It’s a basic clean and comfortable place to stay.

Run down a lil and the bed was really squeaky. Mirror was broke and old repairs not done professionally. Lady working was very sweet though and rates are cheap.

We were in town because a family member was in the hospital. I checked in and we were in and out of the room. When we got back to the room my daughter and grandson went to the store. I went in the restroom and thought I saw mold growing on one of the walls and I moved the small trashcan by the toilet and there was mold all behind it. So I went to the office to tell the guy and he came to look and he offered to clean it with bleasch,which does not kill mold,he offered another room right beside the other room and I told him no,my daughter has allergies,so he gave me the 40 dollar deposit I put down on the nasty room and he said I had to get with Expedia to call and talk to him to see about some kind of room refund. I will only get $27 of the $66 of the room charge. I do not recommend staying at this place. Room 111 is the one they put us in.

Anytime I need to stay in a motel, THIS is where I stay. I like staying here and the management are very friendly, helpful and just plain down to earth people, her, her husband and their son are just nice people. I work at a Restraunt down the road and quite a few ppl will ask me about where would be a good place to stay either overnight or a couple nights and HONESTLY, I ALWAYS tell them take a left an go about half mile and you'll see it on your left across from the big Pink Elephant. One guy stays here every 2 weeks when he's laid over for work in Ckvl.
