New hotel conveniently located off the highway and 1.5 miles from Pine Knob Music Theatre. Very quiet. Ample parking and a short walk to nearby restaurants. They wrote the breakfast menu for the following day on a board, which was nice. The free breakfast was egg fritattas and biscuits and gravy.

Location was excellent and easy to get to. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Couldn't have asked for more. I only had one problem and I have this everywhere I go. These new Hotel beds with the "soft" mattress kill my back and just in case they are not soft enough they add a cushy "topper" to them. OMG, when I got home and climbed into my 20 year hard mattress, it was heaven.

Clean, no complaints of the room. Pool is small, no hot tub. Our room was the first one off the lobby on the first floor and it was extremely loud in the morning when the lobby was filled with people eating breakfast very early so that was a bummer, with my 5 year old and 2 month old

Overpriced for Subpar Stay and Quality

Value for price is terrible. Property check in and check out times too late/too early. Location to Pine Knob was the only reason to stay here. The poor staff are overworked and stretched thin, as they were very friendly, customer-centric, and visibly working hard. Pool area lacked enough seating and towels were always empty, and the one person working kept bringing towels as she had them. The pool ladder top step broke as my husband was getting out of the pool. Room was clean but outdated. No regular coffee for the coffee maker only decaf. The shampoo dispenser was broken and tje bottle just tossed in the shower.

We stayed here because we were going to a concert at pine knob. It took us about 20 to 25 minutes to walk there. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Morning breakfast was also good with lots of variety. The water pressure in the shower was very low but other than that everything else was excellent! Also, eat at the restaurant next door. It was very delicious!
