The hotel itself was good. Loved the mattress. It was just the property around it wasn't great. We had to leave really early. The front doors were locked, meaning you couldn't even exit them. You had to use a side exit. It did have breakfast, but we didn't stay for it.

staff was very unprofessional. Check-in was at 4 so I arrived at 4:15. I was told the cleaning crew had just started cleaning our room so we could sit down and they should be done shortly. 30 minutes pass and I ask about the room, the manager is there this time and tells me he has no control over it. I ask for an eta and he says 45 more minutes. For being the apparent manager he was very unprofessional. First of all he looked like he’d just gotten back from the gym and he didn’t once smile or even try to be accommodating. When he told me the room wasn’t ready he got defensive and lacked any sense of accountability. On a different note, breakfast wasn’t served until 7am, so I wasn’t able to eat that. On a positive note, the room was very clean and comfortable. Overall would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly, and rooms were clean but very cramped lights in the restroom didn’t fully work room service was not offered, nor were fresh towels. We stayed on the second floor guests above us were so loud it was hard to even watch TV the The location of the hotel is not in the best of neighborhoods.

Horrible breakfast! Room only had 2 bath towels in it and the chairs in the room had some sort of liquid all over it. This had to be the least clean holiday inn we have ever stayed at.

Don’t stay here

Couldn’t really have been worse. No hot water, not enough towels, elevator broke, not a safe neighborhood and not really any amenities that were great options for families. Toilets and tub/shower didn’t work either. They took money a week in advance, charged and insane amount for a room where things didn’t work right. Cancelled our second night and left early, only to find out the next day that they not only DIDN’T refund the night but took an extra $300+ from my account. The site manager is supposed to call me and still hasn’t, site won’t answer the phone for either hotels.com or the corporate office.

Terrible communication

Stay was supposed to be two nights. Breakfast the first morning. Out of eggs. Out of the cinnamon roll things they’re known for. Out of orange juice. No butter. Like so much missing. Then that day when I get back. The water is off!!! No notice no warning. No signs. Water is out. My faucet shot out black sludge that smelled terribly and then I couldn’t grab a shower after a long day. Asked for the second night refunded and I left.
