Wonderful stay, room was very clean, well kept and quiet. Beds are very soft and comfortable, plenty of pillows and a warm blanket. Staff is top notch! Hard working and incredibly polite and professional. Each staff member is polite, helpful, friendly and just a pleasure to interact with.

Room was in good shape. Bathroom was excellent. Front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast staff were friendly, but short-handed, and some things like waffle maker were broken. Pool has been down for some time, which was disappointing because it was our main reason choosing this hotel. Supposedly a/c is not working in common areas and property is hot during summer and possibly cold during winter. There is no maintenance staff. We heard owner is trying to sell the place, and is not keeping up with maintenance. Property is conveniently located to Expo center. Will probably not stay here again.
