10 minutes after we arrived from a very long drive we had to evacuate the hotel. Blaring fire alarms went off so we got back in the car and left the property. No fire but no explanation, either.Not very soundproof at all.

A bit far from the zoo but nice place.Dont use the Luna resturant close by it’s Absolutly filthy and bathroom should be condemned it’s disgraceful we left in a hurry and ate snacks from hotel much safer.

Property clean and nice. We had issues sleeping with the floor above us stomping around. It was really loud. Overslept a bit because of all the noise since 6 am, we had checked in later the night before. Breakfast is over at 9.30, not 10 which is earlier than other hotels we stay at. Im tired and agitated.

Enjoyed the pool. The front desk staff were very helpful and nice. Room was clean when we arrived. We stayed 4 nights and were told they would clean our room on the third day, however it was not cleaned. Also, water pressure in shower was a little weak. Overall our stay was pleasant.
