Was awakened by the fire/smoke alarm in room going off several times. went to lobby and spoke with manager who was extremely unconcerned and kept saying it was probably "just a battery". when I persisted he said he would send someone up to look at it. I stayed up until after 1:00 AM waiting and no one showed up. I had difficulty sleeping the rest of the night due to concerns

I would not come back to the this hotel name brand

It is too much noise from upstairs flushing the toilet from downstairs. And room cleaning has been requested twice a day not completed clean and still same as before
