Charged me extra for a breakfast I prepaid for. Not happy

Hot tub didn’t work and we weren’t informed . We thought we would get a heads up about it. We picked this hotel because after traveling , the hot tub helps the knees after surgery and sitting still for hours.

Room needed to be cleaned/vacuumed much better...particularly by the bed and windows.

The staff was wonderful and took great care of me and the dogs

Good location. Uncomfortable bed, pillows and was only given one towel. Was put on a floor with construction happening with a view of the dumpster and co struction dust. Was sick the entire next day

Toilet was dirty. Ice machine and pool was right next to the room. Noisy.

My room was not ready when I arrived even after I called an hour prior to ask if it was ready and was told it was.. this was after check in time as well.. the room itself was big and nice but it smelled super musty..

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed it very much.Check in fast and friendly.Room was very clean and super large.Location also great and safe.The only drawback is the lack of free breakfast.Considering what you pay it should be included not $10 extra per person.

Room was comfortable. Shower drain did not drain well but informed manager upon leaving. Overall it was very nice.

After a very long day, we spent the night at the Hilton Garden. We were impressed with the friendly staff, comfortable and very clean room. If you are looking for a perfect hotel, this is it!

Good value for the Columbus area. Very Clean!! Disappointed with all of the road construction in the area that made finding the hotel difficult. Overall a Good Buy.

Had a great stay here while in Columbus for a conference. Saved $100 a night by staying here instead of at the conference site. Room was very nice & quiet, comfortable bed, lots of space. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Checking in was good. Young man at the desk very thorough and helpful. Room very nice and clean. Breakfast the next morning was a catastrophe. Paid for the omelette rate of $7.95 which was very fair but 30 minutes later when I went to check on time----order wasn't even off the counter, and hadn't even been read or started to be prepared. We had a long drive ahead so left with no breakfast after a half hour.. Very understaffed and no communication between the changing of shifts of kitchen help.

Convenient location to restaurants and driving to attractions in Columbus.

Me and my wife just decided to stay at a hotel for a night the rooms were very clean and nice and the workers were out standings the only thing we didnt like is there was no continental breakfast you had to pay 10 dollars per person which for a 100 dollars a night hotel seems a bit out pricey and then they were doing a remodle and the banging of hammers woke us up at 9 am

Rate could be lower given nobody stayed there - or perhaps include the breakfast into the rate. Bed supposedly an adjustable one, but the bed we had is not adjustable. Nice surprises with the Christmas note and present, and elephant shape towel.
