The room smelled terrible and made my family feel nauseous within 5 minutes. The floor had not been vacuumed, there was trash in the sofa bed, the counter top was pulling away from the door, there were crumbs on the cabinetry, there was a hole in the wall from the door knob. We were unable to stay here due to these conditions. When I called the following to speak to a manager about a refund the person on the phone was unhelpful and rude.

Check in was terrible, took 40 minutes to get our room after 6 pm because the hotel was understaffed and our room hadn’t been cleaned. I felt badly for the one woman who had to do it all. Gym was a joke - tiny room and three machines, no weights. Free breakfast consisted of granola bars and packed mini muffins. My expectations were low because of the price of the room, but i wish I’d have spent $20 more and stayed some place else. Bed was comfortable, overall room was pretty dirty however.

My shower and bathroom was not cleaned. I asked the front desk if housekeeping could come and clean my bathroom and they told me housekeeping had left for the day. The time housekeeping was requested was around 3pm. The time during check in hours. I was not satisfied with having an uncleaned bathroom and seeing someone’s hair in the tub.

Clean, spacious and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Hotel staff was great and room was nice and clean. We had two double beds, only thing better would be if it were two queens.

This Extended Stay served us well as a base of operations as we were in town for a week to visit family. My only complaint is that the AC is one of those under the window ones that often doesn't get the filter cleaned well; it definitely triggered my allergies while sleeping. Otherwise, everything was clean, worked well and the staff was friendly. It was also quiet and convenient.

Check in was very quick staff was extremely nice travelling 28th two small children made thinks more difficult but staff went out of 21st to assist us very clean and quite hotel

We stayed at this hotel only because that is where the group we were with was staying. We got there at 3:15 p.m. to check in and the room was NOT ready. Check in time is 3:00. We got our room at about 4:00 p.m. - While the room had the size to be very impressive; it was not. it had extremely basic/plain stuff in it. Cheap furniture. The dishwasher was running when we got to the room, which was fine, but it was very loud. When we went to look for a glass, there were none. In fact, there were NO dishes at all, so we looked in the dishwasher, thinking they were in there and it was empty.!! So why did housekeeping run it thru the cycle??? Also, there is no ice machines in this hotel. There were no ice trays in the room to make ice. Just overall disappointing.... Thank you!

It was for one night attending a seminar on Saturday. The walls are a bit thin could here someone in middle of night knocking and knocking in a door. Then in the morning could hear someone's phone vibrating for an extended time.

phone wasn't working. checked out 2 days ahaed of 7 day trip and still they force me to pay for entire trip. entire columbus was booked for some event, rooms were selling for premium so it's obvious that they will sell the room once i checked out early. no body lotion in the room at all and no room service even for 7 day stay. only good thing was rooms are large.

Uncomfortable beds,dirty linen, staff nowhere to be found.

The facility was clean; bed was very comfortable. I liked having the kitchenette to prepare a decent breakfast and have a refrigerator for restaurant left-overs. (They do offer a breakfast, but only instant oatmeal, granola bars, packaged muffins.) It it not fancy by any means, but very adequate and comfortable. I would recommend to a friend who wants a good price and limited amenities.

We were in town for an Irish dance competition and chose the Extended Stay. They were very nice and accomadating. They checked on us to make sure the room was okay and if we needed anything else to make our stay more comfortable.

Room smaller than it looked in the pictures. Clean and convienent to everywhere we needed to go in Columbus.
