The location was great. Close to the Zoo, and other activities we wanted to do, dining options and a movie theater. However, staff wouldnt even look up when you waited st the desk, breakfast was not as good at other locations of the same company, it did not seem fresh , and the buffet area was not well tended to.

Overall cleanliness of the property. Fairly quiet, although our room faced the highway and you could hear the louder vehicles. Large Hair clump on the floor in our bathroom. Cashier told me I needed to pay for the room when it was charged on Cheap Tickets when I booked it, when I took the receipt from Cheap Tickets down to the receptionist, she advised it was just a hold on my cc for incidentals.

My wife and I were very pleased our stay. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The only " complaint" would be the Friday morning breakfast, they had biscuits but no gravy otherwise it was all good

This property was not well-maintained, issues raised were not fixed. Room was not "cleaned" for 6 of 7 days. Management staff were rude. Amenities were not as advertised. Worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at, and we typically choose Hampton Inn's when travelling.

Overpriced & dirty

The bathroom was dirty, had someone else’s dirty underwear still in the room. The wallpaper was ripped off and peeling in multiple areas. We called to complain and they told us no one could do anything till tomorrow. They didn’t offer us another room. They came to clean the next day and still left the underwear in the bathroom. When we complained they said they couldn’t do anything.
