The elevator didn't work not a big deal. The room I was first given wasn't even cleaned. Door was open TV on pile of towels in the bathroom. At first they were just going to give me full refund but luckily they found another room available. Otherwise I would of had to find somewhere else to stay and probably pay more. Also one morning there was a someone/homeless person sleeping on the floor in the lobby by the vending machines
