The room was filthy, had roaches and ants. Looked to have had water damage so there is likely mold present as well. I spoke to the person at the desk and stayed at a different hotel. Had to wait until the next day to speak to a manager about refunding my stay, who told me I had to contact Orbitz. I tried to make the request on Orbitz, but the refund options and chat didn’t get me any progress. So the following day, I called Orbitz and the representative was extremely understanding and fortunately I got a refund. I originally tried to request the refund online through chat, but that feature did not work and I wasted a lot of time trying. I wish they would make it easier to do so I didn’t waste so much time. The hotel approved the refund and I hope they are able to make changes and correct their issues.

The smell in the hallway was as if someone was smoking right in the hallway. The walls in the rooms had paint or crayon marks. The shower looked dirty.

Repeated knocks on the door with people saying the desk had given them our room. One am we had a loud knock saying maintenance, then bamging on the walls next to us. Tried contacting the front desk repeatedly, no answer and the one answer i got i was hung up on.. we left amd went to another's hotel just to get some sleep. No refund was offered from the front desk, and they said i didnt complain to them. How can i when i cant reach anyone.

How wrongful putting me and my husband and my son that have special needs out of they hotel and they never gave me back my $150 deposit from them the people working there are trouble when you don't smoke inside their love to put the blame on you its not family friendly or kid friendly I will never bring my family back at motel 6 on nates road I'm still waiting on my $150 deposit

The staff were very kind and friendly but the place was very dirty, I asked for none smoking room because I have severe allergies to cigarettes, unfortunately every room they have smells like cigarettes really strong, I ended up leaving very early in the morning I just couldn’t tolerate the smell

Worst experience at a hotel ever and I travel a lot I got to the room and nothing worked the bathroom door didn’t close no heat or hot water hallways smell like dog urine drugs were found in the room I believe drugs were sold out of the back of the hotel and the employees know about it and they all smoke weed outside the hotel during the day wouldn’t give toilet paper and then to top it all off I paid on Expedia but for some reason they charged my card 2 different transactions of $200 right before the holidays trying to screw me over I cannot believe this hotel is even in business

Room on 3rd floor, no elevator Room was filthy Room was tiny Beds not made properly My son put on clothes and slept on top of the blankets because he felt gross We left after 4 hours because we couldnt fall asleep due to "feeling gross" Bathroom door wouldnt close due to missing piece in the handle Could only find one outlet that worked to charge phones. Front desk associate was sooo quiet, no idea what he was saying. Check in process was the longest ive ever experience.

The Rooms were filthy, the first room had no air that worked, and the drapes were hanging off the window. Then they put us on the first floor, which, by the way, to let you know, the elevator did not work . The second room had no light bulbs and was filthy, plus we had to pay an extra $20.00 in cash as a security deposit
