TL/DR: terrific place to stay, great location for USC with an ease of communication with host. Also great value.I came here to visit South Carolina colleges with my daughter, including the University of South Carolina. This place is perfect if you are visiting the university of South Carolina or visiting someone here. Very walkable to campus and to great restaurants. Parking was a breeze. Also, I felt very safe here. Getting in and out of the building was very secure. We were here for a campus tour, and the campus tour meeting spot was about six minutes away on foot. Very easy walk. Communication with the host was outstanding. She was very accommodating and very responsive. We had a great time and the location was terrific.
