I just liked my stay over all and didn’t have no issues in any way

I liked the quietness of the property no one hanging out except for to smoke and my room was clean. I have no complaints.

The property was very reasonably priced and the staff was nice and helpful!

There was a used bath towel in my bathroom and a plastic string on the sink. I dont think my bathroom had been cleaned. There were 2 more full sets of clean towels. The bed was clean and comfy. The breakfast had eggs and sausage in addittion to the usual continental fare. I ate at 9:00 and the sausage looked like it expected me at 6:30. The halls needed a good vacuuming. There was only one tiny bar of soap. No shampoo or anything else. The price was low so I guess you get what you pay for. Location was good. At the intersection of I-20 and I-26(?) It appeared to be run by one family trying to do it all. Some didnt seem to understand English well based on their responses. It was adequate for the price for a weary traveler.

The guy ERIC at the check-in desk is VERY rude and HOOD. Like i explained to him with those RUSTY silver grills in his mouth “he needs MY money, i don’t need his. He also charged me for a extra room after i explained and showed him i’ve already paid online. Besides that guy, the hotel was great and thanks to the lady on night shift who fixed the problem. Overall it is a decent hotel.

The front desk representative was very pleasant and accommodating Unfortunately the first room I had the odor was so bad I just turned around and went back to request a different room. When I went to the second room the odor was almost the same, the caulking around the tub was chipped, and the room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. The curtains were wrinkled and torn and the lamp didn't have a bulb. I stayed at this facility about 3 years ago and it was fine. What a TOTAL disappointment this time.

Right from the start, I know my stay was not going to be a very pleasant one. I landed in South Carolina and contacted the office to ask a few questions and received nothing but rudeness. Upon arrival, I stood about 10 minutes in front of the check in desk without being acknowledged. Our room had DIRTY sheets. When I called to ask for new ones, their response was that they didn’t have anymore. Breakfast was horrible. Worst of all, there was a ROACH crawling in our bed while we were sleeping. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Pool was closed. Breakfast was eggs, waffles, stale bread and stale margarine (not butter) No meat, no fruit, no potatoes. Room had one mini shampoo for two guests. Housekeeping/maintenance was lacking. NEVER AGAIN

Pool is closed. Breakfast is toast, eggs waffles and ceral, no meat, no fruit, and magerine not butter. Building is not very clean nor well maintained.

Hotel room was just ok, free breakfast was ok, exercise area was ok

This hotel is in pretty rough shape, and while the staff was courteous, it was clear not much care is put into the hotel itself. The curtains in my room were torn. The couch had dark stains all over it. The weatherstripping on the fridge was torn off in areas. The TV was very old (no HDMI for modern travelers), and overall things just looked dirty.

At around 2:30am I began to feel uncomfortable in bed. As I examined the bed and myself, I found I had been bitten by bedbugs. I have pictures. We got up, I took a shower, got dressed and we were out of there. We weren't able to secure another room until 3:30am. Never again.

The property is located in a poor part of town. Also, not very clean either.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Amenities were poor. Breakfast was sad compared to a La Quinta hotel. No vegetarian options. No non-dairy creamer. For the price it served it’s purpose but next time I would spend an extra $30 for La Quinta.
