A dog in another room was barking a lot and a couple in another room was fitting/ fussing for quite a while. Breakfast was a joke. Bread, waffles, and cereal is not a Continental Breakfast.

Rudest staff I've ever encountered and I travel a lot! Rooms were disgusting. After changing rooms twice (with the 2nd room worse than the 1st) I was begrudgingly given a refund. Had to find another hotel after driving 7 hours.

The room was dirty- there was multiple strands of hair all over the bathroom, behind the door, beside the toilet. The was nothing for the complimentary breakfast. No juice, no meats, no eggs, no yogurt. There was cereal, but no milk. Literally only the waffle maker & white toast.
