Handicap room had a few issues. Bed was TOO low, body lotion and shampoo/conditioner were squeeze, and a handicap person cannot use both hands usually, so cannot squeeze products onto a hand.
Breakfast attendant, sat on his phone at the long table. Had to ask for oatmeal EVERY morning or get it myself from the cabinet. He didn't add the oatmeal packets to the basket that had grits packets, or he completely left the basket in the lower cabinet where guests did not see that any were offered. There was a large box of oatmeal packets as well as a large box of grits. One little girl wanted waffles, and he didn't set up or clean the waffle mix dispenser and only waited until the mother asked about it. One other guest spilled cereal from the dispenser onto the catch tray. This employee simply said to guest 3 times, "bring the whole tray to me". All this happened with the same employee that sat on his phone when I was in or around the breakfast area in my week stay.
Front desk employees were all very nice and polite.
