The hotel was beautiful. The staff was kind. The breakfast was delicious. The problem was noise. Room 214 was so impacted by music playing nearby, that the bed vibrated with bass sounds. Earplugs did nothing to suppress the sound. The music did not stop until after 1:30 am. It was not a room that could be used for sleep. When I stepped out of the room I could still hear the noise down the entire hallway of the second floor. The staff felt the music was coming from a nearby establishment. I would not recommend the second floor or a weekend night if you want to sleep.

Staff was very helpful & friendly; room was very nice and very clean. The hotel is in a central location with very nice shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Ice skating rink is right across the street. The hotel offers vouchers that can be used for a discount at dinner, brunch, or breakfast at its adjacent restaurant, which is a very nice place.
