The staff was great and very accommodating. But the 2nd night in my room I found a bed bug the manager was great he treated my luggage and moved me to a new room and I was told 2 out of the 7 nights I was there would be refunded. Since returning home now no one can help me and I was told by Expedia the refund was denied by Hilton. I feel like in the moment they were very nice just to shut me up but now no one can get ahold of the general manager.

Stayed here because I was running the Chicago Marathon. Very quiet and convenient location. I can't review the amenities because I didn't use any. Parking price was steep ($65)/night while garages around were only $15-$30/night. Not sure if that was because of the event because everything was higher over the weekend.

I stayed here for over a week and absolutely loved my room! I booked the suite with the kitchenette, and it made such a difference during my extended stay. Having the extra space—separate areas for working, relaxing, and making coffee in the morning—made it feel much more like home and far less like a typical hotel room. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the front desk staff went above and beyond. They helped me with last-minute printing and were always available for anything I needed. The breakfast each morning was a great bonus as well. I’ll definitely be booking this type of room for all my future work trips. Highly recommend!
