The Hilton in Northbrook provided an excellent stay. The location was convenient for travel, parking was free and easy, the staff was professional and friendly. The only drawback was that our room had no hot water in the evening. However, I notified the front desk and it was repaired quickly. I was pleased with the results. I will be returning and recommend staying there.

Booked a room with a jetted tub and stand-up shower in the picture. The room was supplied with 2-in-1 tub and shower with jets. NOT the same. Hotel rooms are outdated. It seems to be a Hilton that got sold to someone unwilling to update the hotel to the new standards.
