Our bathroom was horrific. The ceiling was covered in water spots and drips, and the sprinkler fixture (not 100% sure) had rust streaking down. For a Hilton property, that level of upkeep is unacceptable. On top of that, the staff promised to text me when my room was ready since I arrived early—but never did. When I asked about it, Liam gave me attitude and dismissed it by saying they were “too busy.” That kind of response is unprofessional and disrespectful. As a Hilton Rewards member, I expected much better. The location was great, but the service and condition of the hotel were very disappointing.
I was planning to check out and go somewhere else even though I prepaid but everything was sold out bc of the holiday weekend.
Oh and…
If they ask why didn’t I mention it - if I received attitude for something minor why would I confront another staff member.
