Toilet, sink and shower was clean as well as the bedding... however the furniture, walls and carpet were in serious need of proper cleaning and upkeep. Walls in bathroom had grimy hand prints and smears and the desk chair was quite dirty and beat up so I would not sit in it. Looked like coffee or food spilled and embedded in the mesh. Hallways needed vacuumed as there were huge chunks of mud from people's boots tracked throughout the second floor. Unfortunately, we also got placed next to a very loud and inconsiderate group who had several rooms and they were yelling and making a lot of noise from about 1 am til nearly 3 am. The breakfast was adequate and area clean, as well as the pool (hot tub was out of order), but I would not choose to stay at this location again. Perhaps we just had an isolated incident, but there are too many other options and if done again, I'd choose another location.

Staff was nice, room was clean. The hot tub was not running and we were told at check-in that it had not been running for months. Unfortunately, we chose this hotel because it had a hot tub. Would have been nice to have had that noted on the website when we were searching for a place to stay - I did not check the hotel's actual website, only Hotels.com. Real bummer.
